Senior Multimedia Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of multimedia production, including concept development, scriptwriting, filming, directing, editing, and post-production.
• Plan and execute professional photography sessions, including location scouting, lighting, composition, and image editing.
• Capture multimedia content for university events, research initiatives, leadership communications, and alumni engagement.
• Supervise, mentor, and train student employees involved in photography and video production.
• Collaborate with university leadership and external partners to identify project needs and deliver effective multimedia solutions.
• Maintain and organize audio, video, and photographic archives and manage production equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Photojournalism, Videography, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of professional multimedia production experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in video production, photography, audio production, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Ability to travel as needed and provide occasional evening and weekend event coverage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts from initial idea through final delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
