Senior Multimedia Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, illustrations, and print materials for marketing and branding.
• Develop print-ready designs for flyers, packaging, posters, and marketing collateral with precision in layout and typography.
• Create visually engaging graphics for websites, online campaigns, presentations, and interactive media.
• Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive identity across all platforms.
• Oversee multimedia projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior and mid-level designers to elevate design output.
• Perform image editing tasks including retouching, resizing, and color adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and execute high-quality designs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, branding, or print production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design principles, layout, and typography.
• Deep understanding of printing techniques, color management, and pre-press requirements.
• Proficiency in Mac OS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, loud, and busy environment.
• Willingness to travel to work events during holidays, evenings, or weekends as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the entertainment industry.
• Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, sketching, and illustration.
• Developing skills in photo retouching, photo manipulation, and compositing.
• Experience using and sourcing AI tools and technologies.
