About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead global technology transfer programs and MSAT initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Provide senior technical expertise on pharmaceutical and technological matters for medicinal and non-medicinal products.
- Perform on-site technical compliance assessments to ensure adherence to international regulatory standards.
- Review, approve, and maintain critical technical documentation, including SOPs, risk assessments, and validation documents.
- Manage cross-functional projects and coordinate with diverse stakeholders to achieve milestones.
- Act as the primary technical contact for external service providers and contribute to technical RFQ activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, specifically in MSAT, technology transfer, or technical operations.
- Proven expertise in managing complex, long-term projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex challenges.
- Deep understanding of GMP requirements and international pharmaceutical regulations.
- Experience in matrix leadership, driving results through influence and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
