Senior Motion Graphics Designer/Animator

Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics in After Effects and Cinema 4D (including Redshift workflows)
• Own complex shots including VFX, roto, tracking, and 3D from concept through delivery
• Maintain consistency across evolving editorial cuts and campaign versions
• Partner with Creative Directors and producers on timelines, creative intent, and delivery
• Anticipate creative and technical challenges and offer proactive solutions
• Mentor junior artists and help elevate team output
• Stay ahead of motion design trends, tools, and emerging techniques

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of motion design experience in theatrical or AV marketing
• Expert proficiency in After Effects and Cinema 4D (Redshift)
• Strong skills in compositing, finishing, and motion tracking
• Experience with CG-into-live-action integration
• Strong instinct for timing, rhythm, composition, and emotional tone
• Skilled in style frame development and concept visualization
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects
