Senior Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality animated graphics for social media reels, posts, ads, and stories
• Maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with diverse brand identities
• Support video production with animated assets, transitions, and visual storytelling
• Manage multiple concurrent animation projects across different client accounts under tight deadlines
• Collaborate with directors, producers, creative directors, and copywriters to align animation with creative vision
• Research and integrate emerging video trends and platform-specific best practices
• Estimate accurate time requirements for tasks and communicate project status proactively
• Implement effective media management and organization systems throughout the post-production workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts - Media or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Motion Design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Strong portfolio of motion design work
• Experience utilizing AI tools and staying up-to-date with latest developments in the field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific design needs
• Excellent sense of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender
