Senior Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital ads
• Conceptualize and develop storyboards, design frames, and animation sequences
• Ensure motion visuals maintain consistency and alignment with BJAK’s visual identity
• Mentor junior motion designers and provide creative feedback
• Partner with videographers, video editors, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content
• Oversee the motion production pipeline from concept to delivery
• Create reusable templates and design systems to streamline production
• Stay at the forefront of motion design trends and experiment with advanced visual effects and 3D animation

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
• Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
• Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design work is required
