Senior Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Define and build Aspora's motion design language, including principles, patterns, and reusable components
• Lead end-to-end motion execution for brand campaigns, social content, CRM, and out-of-home advertising
• Partner with Product and Growth teams to bring UI transitions, micro-interactions, and feature launches to life
• Contribute motion specifications and guidelines to the design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Shape the creative bar for animation quality, timing, and storytelling across all brand surfaces

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design
• Expert proficiency in After Effects
• Proficiency in Figma and Lottie
• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent
• Strong visual fundamentals in timing, easing, and composition
• Ability to work independently from brief to finished asset across both product and marketing surfaces
