Senior Monitoring Specialist

Responsibilities

• Supervise CCTV systems to ensure the security of users and multimodal terminal facilities
• Monitor installations through optimal camera tracking to guarantee safety
• Manage and lead personnel in similar monitoring roles
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and administration departments regarding facility anomalies and authorizations
• Liaise with security guards, cleaning providers, and emergency services to maintain facility standards
• Make operational decisions to ensure the safety of terminal users

Requirements

• University degree (mandatory)
• Proven experience managing personnel in CCTV monitoring roles
• Advanced proficiency in CCTV handling
• Must reside in Mexico City (CDMX)
• Strong leadership, conflict management, and problem-solving skills
• High level of commitment to guidelines and effective communication
