About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Volvo on Call (VOC) services and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Monitor vehicle safety and handle stolen vehicle recovery (SVR) protocols, including vehicle immobilization.
- Liaise effectively with customers and the National Emergency Control Centre (NECC) during critical incidents.
- Provide bureau services to Tracker Fleet customers via the Empower platform.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and complete all shift-related duties.
- Sell SVR services to new Volvo customers.
- Assist supervisors and respond to MCC signals as required.
- Manage personal emotions and maintain resilience in a high-pressure, disciplined environment.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
- Active PSIRA Grade E registration.
- 2 years of experience in the customer service delivery industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transport.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Strong communication skills, honesty, and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a call centre environment.
- Technical knowledge regarding Volvo vehicles.
