Senior Mobile Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and delivery of native mobile applications for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin)
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and conducting code and design reviews
• Define and evolve modern mobile architecture, including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and modularization
• Own the full delivery lifecycle for mobile epics, from solution design and API contracts to testing and release
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and app store release processes for Google Play and Apple Store
• Collaborate with UX designers to build accessible, pixel-perfect interfaces and partner with Agile teams to drive product delivery
• Maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, data flows, and operational runbooks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of overall IT experience in web and mobile application design, development, and support
• 7+ years of experience designing and building native mobile application solutions
• Deep expertise in native mobile programming, specifically Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android)
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, SOLID) and dependency injection
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and API best practices
• Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
