Senior Mobile Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain native and/or cross-platform mobile features to drive user growth and engagement
• Ensure analytics data integrity and consistency across iOS and Android platforms
• Design and implement mobile experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and feature flags
• Partner with product, data science, and marketing teams to translate growth hypotheses into features
• Optimize mobile user experiences for performance, usability, and growth metrics
• Identify and resolve gaps in mobile analytics tracking and reporting
• Contribute to shared services and APIs powering cross-platform growth initiatives
• Improve mobile engineering practices, release processes, and developer tooling

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience building and shipping production mobile applications
• Strong proficiency in both iOS and Android development (Swift/Objective-C and Kotlin/Java)
• Experience implementing mobile analytics and tracking systems
• Familiarity with mobile experimentation tools and remote configuration systems
• Experience building data-driven mobile features with measurable business impact
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns and API integration
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on growth engineering or product growth teams
• Familiarity with Segment, Amplitude, or Firebase
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native
• Understanding of app store ecosystems and release cycles
• Exposure to high-scale consumer-facing apps
