Senior ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve ML models for risk and intelligence products
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions
• Develop anomaly detection, fraud, and risk-modeling approaches using network/graph-based methods
• Own end-to-end model development, deployment, and monitoring
• Design and run A/B tests and offline customer POCs to validate signals
• Manage and analyze large, multi-country datasets ensuring integrity and compliance
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales teams to ship data products

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and deploying ML models at scale
• Strong expertise in classification, anomaly detection, propensity scoring, and clustering
• Hands-on experience moving models from research to production environments
• Proficiency in Python and the ML stack (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale data processing (BigQuery, Spark, or Hive)
• Ability to design and interpret statistical tests and experiments
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical trade-offs to stakeholders
• Understanding of privacy and compliance principles in data products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with graph-based analysis or graph ML
• Knowledge of NLP and LLM-based techniques
• Experience with graph databases like Neo4j
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools such as Kubeflow or MLflow
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Background in fraud/risk scoring or contact-center analytics
