Senior ML Developer

Responsibilities

• Accelerate applied research, model training, and inference for real-world applications
• Design and implement workflows for research experiments across simulated and real-world environments
• Develop datasets, tooling, dashboards, and libraries to evaluate models
• Establish, document, and maintain best practices for ML model development workflows
• Redesign research prototypes into robust production-grade tools
• Understand customer use-cases to inform training strategies and identify edge cases

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MSc or higher) in machine learning or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of industry experience in complex ML workflows (7 years minimum after Master's degree)
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with workload managers like Ray or SLURM
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or gRPC
• Familiarity with data infrastructures and vector databases
• Experience building ML products from scratch or research prototypes

• Experience working alongside research scientists
