Senior Mixed Signal Circuit Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect high-speed Serdes architectures and transistor-level builds, targeting data rates of 80Gbps and higher.
• Drive the full silicon lifecycle, including initial concept, schematic entry, layout, verification, and final characterization.
• Optimize complex circuits for peak performance by balancing noise, power, and loop stability in deep-submicron nodes.
• Partner with layout engineers to provide strategic floorplanning and high-speed routing mentorship.
• Lead post-silicon bring-up and debugging efforts to translate real-world data into design refinements.

Requirements

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of professional Analog Build experience.
• Deep expertise in FinFET and deep-submicron CMOS processes.
• Proficiency in the Cadence Virtuoso environment.
• Advanced experience with simulation tools such as Spectre, HSpice, FineSim, or XA.
• Expertise in noise analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, and complex loop stability.
• Strong background in high-speed data and/or clock path design.
• Proven ability in modeling the timing and functionality of both analog and digital circuits.
