Senior Mixed Signal and Analog Circuit Designer

Responsibilities

• Design state-of-the-art mixed-signal circuits in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies
• Develop high-speed chip interfaces and complex analog functions for GPU and SoC (Tegra) products
• Collaborate closely with physical/layout engineers to floorplan and implement physical designs
• Support circuit debug, characterization, and product lifecycle through high-volume production

Requirements

• MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant circuit design experience
• Proven understanding of analog circuit layout concepts in submicron CMOS technologies
• Experience in one or more areas: HDMI, LVDS, DVI, MIPI PHY, Display Port, USB, PLL techniques, IO pads, high-speed serial links, or ADC
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or SKILL
• Expertise with Cadence custom circuit design tools, particularly Virtuoso
• Experience with design and verification tools including HSpice, Finesim, or XA
• Experience running and debugging DRC and LVS with verification tools
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
