Senior Mining Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Lead direct machine and solution sales for mining equipment across Northern Latin America and the Caribbean
• Drive underground mining commercial strategy, identifying portfolio gaps and growth opportunities
• Partner with Caterpillar dealers to influence sales capability, forecasting, and Go-to-Market strategy
• Create and package differentiated solutions combining machines, technology, aftermarket parts, and financial offerings
• Conduct on-site customer and mine visits to perform site assessments and identify lifecycle value opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with pricing, finance, product groups, and supply chain teams

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Experience in the mining industry, with a strong emphasis on underground mining
• Proven experience in international dealer sales or working within a dealer business model
• Ability to travel internationally between 30% and 50%
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage high levels of accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical experience with underground mining equipment and applications
• Experience collaborating with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and supply chain teams
• Strong background in consultative value selling and complex negotiations
