Senior Mining Advisory Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead techno-economic analysis, due diligence, and advisory projects for the mining industry.
• Develop and expand client relationships and contribute to new business proposals and contracts.
• Perform mineral valuations, market assessments, risk analysis, and economic modeling for technical reports.
• Manage project tasks and mentor junior staff members to support their professional development.
• Contribute to an innovative and collaborative work environment while adhering to safe work practices.

Requirements

• 20+ years of relevant experience in mining-related advisory or consulting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering, mineral economics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in techno-economic analysis and conducting mineral market studies.
• Proven ability to design and analyze projects using various economic and financial methodologies.
• Strong technical and business writing skills with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience representing a company at industry conferences.
• Demonstrated success in initiating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and global clients.
• Expertise in analyzing the financial implications of mine plan parameters.
