Senior Migration Engineer - Microsoft 365

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration projects, including tenant-to-tenant and G-Suite to M365 migrations.
• Manage all project phases from discovery and remediation through to execution and post-migration support.
• Utilize enterprise migration tools such as Quest On-Demand and BitTitan to ensure high-quality, seamless transitions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, architects, and IT teams to align solutions with organizational strategy and governance.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including high and low-level designs, build documentation, and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide expert technical advice and hands-on support regarding enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 migrations (tenant-to-tenant and G-Suite to M365).
• Proficiency with Quest On-Demand and experience with BitTitan or Sharegate.
• Solid expertise in Microsoft technologies, specifically Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to present technical solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
