About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the Mid-Market revenue target
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AEs managing deal sizes of $50K–$150K+
  • Support AEs across the full sales cycle including prospecting, demos, and negotiations
  • Drive adoption with Directors, VPs, and C-Suite leaders at multifamily operators
  • Partner with SDRs and Marketing on ABM and pipeline-building campaigns
  • Hire, onboard, and coach top Mid-Market sales talent
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews, business reviews, and 1:1s to ensure forecast accuracy
  • Champion Mid-Market customer needs to Product and Engineering
  • Attend regional industry events to expand company presence
  • Work with Sales Ops to refine playbooks, scripts, and processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales management experience in the Mid-Market segment
  • Prior experience as a quota-carrying AE with proven success
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas as both an AE and manager
  • Strong understanding of consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Proficiency coaching using the MEDDPICC methodology
  • Experience managing deals in the $50K–$150K+ range
  • Ability to travel regularly for conferences and client visits
  • Willingness to work in person at the Boston office 4–5 days a week
