About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Mid-Market revenue target
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AEs managing deal sizes of $50K–$150K+
- Support AEs across the full sales cycle including prospecting, demos, and negotiations
- Drive adoption with Directors, VPs, and C-Suite leaders at multifamily operators
- Partner with SDRs and Marketing on ABM and pipeline-building campaigns
- Hire, onboard, and coach top Mid-Market sales talent
- Run weekly pipeline reviews, business reviews, and 1:1s to ensure forecast accuracy
- Champion Mid-Market customer needs to Product and Engineering
- Attend regional industry events to expand company presence
- Work with Sales Ops to refine playbooks, scripts, and processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales management experience in the Mid-Market segment
- Prior experience as a quota-carrying AE with proven success
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas as both an AE and manager
- Strong understanding of consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles
- Proficiency coaching using the MEDDPICC methodology
- Experience managing deals in the $50K–$150K+ range
- Ability to travel regularly for conferences and client visits
- Willingness to work in person at the Boston office 4–5 days a week
