About the role

Responsibilities

  • Focus entirely on net-new logo acquisition through strategic engagement and closing.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including complex negotiations and on-site technical demonstrations.
  • Execute self-prospecting activities targeting CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users.
  • Utilize sales tools like Sales Navigator and DiscoverOrg to drive pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Ops, Engineering, and Project Management to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Leverage the partner ecosystem and network to expand market reach.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of hunting and closing net-new logos in mid-to-large size markets.
  • Mastery of MEDDICC (or similar) methodology to map accounts, build champions, and qualify opportunities.
  • Experience managing complex, lengthy, and autonomous deal cycles.
  • Ability to negotiate favorable business terms by effectively selling value and ROI.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong communication skills, being bold on the phone and creative in email outreach.
