Senior Microsoft Purview and M365 Copilot administration specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Purview and M365 Copilot administration and governance
• Configure DLP policies, including Copilot Studio and Power Platform controls
• Implement Copilot Studio and agent governance concepts
• Provide eDiscovery support and integrate with compliance teams
• Handle Purview reporting and monitoring, including AI usage and token-pack burn
• Partner with Snowflake and data platform teams where governance intersects with enterprise data
• Create practical runbooks, operating cadences, and administrative processes

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Microsoft Purview administration
• Deep expertise in M365 Copilot administration and governance
• Strong background in M365 administration beyond SharePoint
• Proven ability to configure DLP policies and manage Copilot Studio governance
• Experience with eDiscovery support and compliance workflows
• Ability to work onsite in Frisco/Dallas
