Senior Microsoft Presales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business challenges, security, and infrastructure requirements
• Conduct assessments of customer infrastructure, cloud, and security landscapes
• Support RFP/RFI responses and technical solution requirements
• Position Microsoft solutions including Microsoft 365, Security & Compliance, Defender, Sentinel, and Azure
• Design solutions for Identity Security, Intune, Endpoint Management, and Azure Infrastructure
• Lead customer workshops, technical demonstrations, and executive briefings
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Architects to align technical and commercial strategies
• Support the transition from presales to delivery and implementation phases

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft solution sales, technical presales, or cloud consulting
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Cloud, Security, Productivity, and Infrastructure solutions
• Deep understanding of enterprise security, cloud migration, and identity management
• Experience supporting enterprise and strategic customer engagements
• Familiarity with non-Microsoft security technologies like VMware, Trend Micro, or Forcepoint is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Microsoft cloud and security certifications are an advantage
