Senior Microsoft Presales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and solution positioning across Microsoft Infrastructure, Security, Modern Workplace, and Cloud solutions.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, conducting assessments of infrastructure, cloud, and security landscapes.
• Support the sales lifecycle by contributing to RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and architecture recommendations.
• Design and position solutions including Microsoft 365 (E3/E5), Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Identity, and Intune.
• Lead technical workshops, product demonstrations, and executive briefings to educate customers on Microsoft capabilities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Architects, and Microsoft stakeholders to align technical and commercial strategies.
• Support Azure sizing, migration, and modernization discussions to drive digital transformation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft solution sales, technical presales, or cloud and infrastructure consulting.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Cloud, Security, Productivity, and Infrastructure solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security principles, cloud migration, identity management, and data protection.
• Proven experience supporting strategic enterprise customer engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft cloud and security certifications.
• Knowledge of non-Microsoft security technologies such as VMware, Trend Micro EPP/EDR, or Forcepoint DLP.
