About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead L1, L2, and L3 support activities for enterprise customers across Saudi Arabia and GCC
  • Manage ticket ownership, closure, SLA governance, and incident management
  • Perform root cause analysis and change request assessments
  • Manage customer relationships and implement minor enhancements
  • Generate monthly and quarterly health reports covering SLA performance, system health, and security recommendations

Requirements

  • 10+ years of ERP experience with at least 7+ years in D365 F&O
  • Proven experience in implementation, support, and managed services
  • Experience with Saudi Arabia and GCC projects
  • Expertise in Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, WMS)
  • Technical proficiency in D365 F&O Administration, LCS, DMF, and Power Platform
  • Knowledge of Saudi VAT, ZATCA Compliance, and E-Invoicing (Phase 1 & 2)
  • MB-310 or MB-330 certifications required

Preferred Qualifications

  • D365 F&O Solution Architect certification
  • PL-200, PL-600, AZ-900, or AZ-104 certifications
