About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead L1, L2, and L3 support activities for enterprise customers across Saudi Arabia and GCC
- Manage ticket ownership, closure, SLA governance, and incident management
- Perform root cause analysis and change request assessments
- Manage customer relationships and implement minor enhancements
- Generate monthly and quarterly health reports covering SLA performance, system health, and security recommendations
Requirements
- 10+ years of ERP experience with at least 7+ years in D365 F&O
- Proven experience in implementation, support, and managed services
- Experience with Saudi Arabia and GCC projects
- Expertise in Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, WMS)
- Technical proficiency in D365 F&O Administration, LCS, DMF, and Power Platform
- Knowledge of Saudi VAT, ZATCA Compliance, and E-Invoicing (Phase 1 & 2)
- MB-310 or MB-330 certifications required
Preferred Qualifications
- D365 F&O Solution Architect certification
- PL-200, PL-600, AZ-900, or AZ-104 certifications
