Senior Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Own Entra ID tenant health, Conditional Access, MFA enforcement, and directory synchronization
• Design and manage Azure infrastructure for corporate IT workloads including VMs, virtual networks, and storage
• Implement and administer Azure Arc to unify governance and monitoring across hybrid environments
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM
• Plan, rack, and commission physical server hardware at data centers and office sites
• Administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy
• Own monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and incident response for all managed systems
• Drive automation across infrastructure operations and provide mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience
• 5+ years focused on Microsoft Azure and M365 administration in enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 tenant administration and Entra ID
• Strong Azure infrastructure skills including VNets, NSGs, and IAM
• Hands-on Azure Arc experience for hybrid server management
• Solid Windows Server administration skills
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM)
• Ability to perform physical server work such as racking and cabling in data centers
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications: AZ-104 or MS-102
• VMware vSphere experience
• Linux server administration
• Experience supporting new site infrastructure builds
• Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR tooling like Microsoft Sentinel
