Senior Methods Agent - Mechanical Systems

Responsibilities

• Provide daily hands-on support to production teams for aircraft mechanical systems installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the production floor to minimize impacts on schedule and quality
• Create, revise, and maintain work instructions and manufacturing documentation
• Translate engineering data into practical and executable assembly methods
• Support installation and integration activities for aircraft mechanical systems
• Participate in non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis with Quality and Engineering teams
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes
• Define tooling, fixtures, and equipment required for assembly operations
• Support production ramp-up and industrialization activities for the DHC-515 program

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing methods or production support
• Strong experience with aircraft mechanical systems installation
• Significant experience supporting Final Assembly Line (FAL) operations
• Ability to work directly on the shop floor in a technical support role
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and aerospace technical documentation
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and manufacturing documentation
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English
