Senior Metal Printing Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate metal printing software and equipment to prepare, orient, nest, and support dental products
• Launch and monitor metal print jobs and verify machine readiness
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, software, and print-related issues
• Uphold strict manufacturing and print quality standards, including powder handling and inspection
• Partner with production, design, and quality teams to resolve workflow bottlenecks
• Assist with machine cleaning, routine maintenance, and workspace organization
• Serve as an on-site team lead for a small additive manufacturing team
• Recommend and drive process implementation and improvement efforts

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High comfort level with digital tools and software systems
• Mechanical curiosity and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a dental lab
• Exposure to additive manufacturing, 3D printing, or CNC machining
• Experience working with digital manufacturing software
