About the role
Responsibilities
- Own Meta DPA strategy, including feed structure, custom labels, product sets, and segmentation
- Drive customer acquisition by optimizing the prospecting and remarketing split to hit ROAS and margin targets
- Execute a rigorous creative testing loop involving hypothesis generation, variant briefs, and kill rules
- Integrate AI into daily workflows for analysis, automated campaign builds, and scaling creative variants
- Partner with engineering to optimize feed fields and translate data into effective bid logic in Meta Ads Manager
- Manage large-scale budgets with a focus on incrementality and performance optimization
Requirements
- Proven experience structuring catalog campaigns for high-volume, short-lifecycle inventory marketplaces
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and managing significant advertising budgets at scale
- Demonstrated ability to run structured creative testing programs with clear frameworks
- Proficiency in using AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance analytical workflows
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance shifts across creative, audience, and feed variables
