Responsibilities

• Lead the Women’s Footwear product assortment strategy from design concept through commercialization
• Partner with Design and Product Development to create seasonal collections balancing innovation and commercial viability
• Collaborate with Production to execute against cost and margin targets
• Work with Merchandise Planning to maximize business areas and optimize supply chain efficiency
• Analyze sales performance, consumer insights, and market trends to inform future strategies
• Partner with Retail Merchandising to create balanced assortments for brick-and-mortar locations
• Identify macro and footwear-specific trends to translate into brand opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of merchandising or buying experience
• Footwear experience strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency with analytical tools and reporting
• Solid understanding of the open-to-buy process and inventory management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners
• Strong merchant math skills and financial acumen
