Senior Merchant Onboarding Executive

About the Company

LINE MAN Wongnai is Thailand's leading on-demand delivery and lifestyle e-commerce platform. As part of the Merchant Digital Solutions (MDS) business unit, we are building the "Operating System" for businesses across Thailand through POS, Payment, and Data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct outbound calls to new merchants to guide them through onboarding and extract user insights
• Translate merchant insights into scalable onboarding strategies and standardized communication workflows
• Own the activation pipeline to ensure merchants complete their first transaction quickly
• Support the Squad Ops Manager by managing weekly task lists, project trackers, and operational milestones
• Maintain Business Intelligence dashboards and perform data-driven deep dives into merchant behavior
• Coordinate between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Identify and remove blockers preventing merchant activation or internal workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Operations, Customer Success, Project Coordination, or a fast-paced Tech Startup
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data tracking and reporting
• Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to task management
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling and technical troubleshooting
• Ability to master new software, POS systems, and CRM tools quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools
• Experience in Telesales, SaaS, Payments, or the F&B industry
