About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all global replenishment activities, including sales forecasting and procurement
- Provide replenishment consolidation for overall Group inventory management
- Ensure Central and Regional adherence to all replenishment targets
- Improve replenishment inventory productivity and margin
- Create replenishment forecasts and provide Weeks of Cover (WoC) guidance
- Partner with Supply Chain teams to optimize production capacity and vendor management
- Lead, coach, and develop the planning team to drive excellence and a high-performance culture
Requirements
- Extensive experience in planning at a manager level
- Proven experience influencing and communicating with C-suite executives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor teams
- Exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Experience working within a retail environment
- Strong decision-making capabilities and a collaborative working style
