Senior Merchandising Associate

Responsibilities

• Own merchandising and promotional strategy across the Mr D On-Demand vertical
• Drive merchandising with a focus on maximising partner discoverability and conversion
• Create and execute a Merchandising Calendar attributing measures of success for all campaigns
• Maximise the usage of the Mr D app merchandising inventory and report back on successes and learnings
• Run cross departmental sessions that focus on best practice partner curation
• Understand and report on the commercial impact of merchandising initiatives
• Manage merchandising team, planning sessions and calendars
• Work closely with the advertising teams to ensure execution of booked campaigns
• Continuously refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance team productivity
• Partner with the product team to identify and enhance merchandising features
• Collaborate with the BI team to develop new merchandising metrics

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 3-5 years of experience in an Ecommerce Marketplace, Online B2B, or Retail environment
• 1-2 years of experience leading a team (beneficial)
• Proficiency in analyzing merchandising data, user preferences, and market trends
• Comfortable working with analytics tools, e-commerce dashboards, and app platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
