Senior Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Manage business KPIs as defined by the Merchandising Manager
• Provide quotations and samples for approval to Sourcing Buying Manager
• Ensure suppliers enter product information into company systems
• Organize buy-in and picking trips
• Work with existing and potential suppliers to develop regional competitiveness
• Conduct regular supplier visits to monitor competence and activities
• Support vendor management projects including 3D, agility, and speed
• Implement product traceability processes and follow up on social compliance
• Collaborate with the fabric team to execute fabric strategy and availability
• Execute operational tasks regarding vendor claims according to company norms

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience
• Technical knowledge in textile/product development
• Higher Diploma in Textile or University degree
• Fluency in English and local language
• French language proficiency is a plus
