Senior Merchandiser, DTC

Responsibilities

• Execute consumer-right assortments for owned Retail stores
• Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to share insights with the broader team
• Participate in weekly trading meetings to provide insights and actions for business growth
• Work with Planners to understand inventory gaps and evaluate associated business risks
• Collaborate with the Allocation team on product launches and in-store stock visibility
• Conduct regular analysis of product and promotional performance to inform future planning
• Perform seasonal hindsight analysis, summarizing financial performance and category hits/misses
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent implementation of brand product strategy in Korea Retail

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in merchandising, merchandising planning, or buying within a retail environment
• Strong analytical skills and commercial business acumen
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluent Korean and Business English proficiency for global team collaboration
• Bachelor's degree preferred
