Senior Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Use data to optimise sales volume and profitability across product areas
• Plan budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy
• Manage stock levels and monitor WSSI to keep intake sharp
• Review sales forecasts and make proactive recommendations
• Identify best and worst sellers to maximise performance
• Support promotions, rebuys, and trading decisions
• Build strong relationships across Buying, VM, Studio, and Finance
• Lead and develop the merchandising team

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar Merchandising role
• Solid understanding of WSSI and trading frameworks
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Commercial awareness with a passion for menswear and streetwear
• Highly organised and detail-driven
