About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, communication, and execution of sales and inventory strategies to support the financial plan
- Develop strategic merchandise plans and targets for key ecommerce business segments
- Maximize sales, optimize inventory, and increase margin through analysis of historical trends, in-season patterns, and future forecasts
- Work cross-departmentally with merchandising, production, finance, and marketing to support evolving business needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in inventory planning processes including replenishment, category planning, and open-to-buy
- Advanced Excel skillset
- Experience in an apparel business or similar industry
- Ability to manage high SKU counts and prioritize under tight deadlines
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
