Senior MEP QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project QA/QC procedures and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Carry out inspections for mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and associated building services
• Review method statements, material submittals, and quality documentation
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely closure of NCRs and observations
• Witness testing and commissioning activities to verify compliance with project requirements
• Prepare QA/QC reports and maintain detailed quality records throughout the project lifecycle
• Support internal and external quality audits and promote continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of QA/QC experience within a main contracting company
• Proven experience in high-rise or residential towers building projects
• Previous UAE construction experience is required
• Expertise in the inspection, testing, and commissioning of mechanical works in accordance with project specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting
