Senior MEP Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering drawings, specifications, and documents
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders across all project stages
• Support the scheduler with progress updates
• Coordinate field activities between General Contractors, Commissioning Agents, and Clients
• Conduct field walks and punch walks with architects and MEP engineering teams
• Manage project close-out documentation and ensure QA/QC compliance
• Perform quality reviews of technical documentation for accuracy and contract compliance
• Prepare reports on project progress, KPIs, and progress tracking
• Manage project information flow through regular meetings and written communications
• Identify and report quality, safety, health, and environmental issues

Requirements

• Proven post graduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience including design and site experience
• Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
• Field construction experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge and engineering background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage and delegate tasks to technical and non-technical staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing construction
• Project Management (PMP) certification
