Senior MEP Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering drawings, specifications, and documents
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders across all project stages
• Support schedulers with progress updates and field coordination
• Conduct field walks with General Contractors and Sub-Contractor Trades
• Perform quality reviews of technical documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Execute engineering QA/QC reviews for design drawings
• Prepare project progress reports and KPI tracking
• Manage project information flow through regular meetings and written communications
• Identify and report quality, safety, health, and environmental issues

Requirements

• Proven post graduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience
• Experience in both design and site construction environments
• Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
• Strong mechanical knowledge and engineering background
• Field construction experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage and delegate tasks to technical and non-technical staff
