Senior MEP Lead Cost Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary cost management liaison with client and other project stakeholders
• Manage pre and post-contract duties including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, and contract administration
• Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports
• Perform estimating and cost planning, including producing final cost plans
• Manage tendering activity, pre-qualification, tender analysis, and contractual documents
• Ensure timely and accurate cost checks, valuations, and monthly post-contract cost reports
• Participate in cost variance management and change control processes
• Perform cost risk analysis, provide value engineering input, and negotiate final accounts
• Contribute to best practices in cost estimating and maintain central feedback loops

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience leading cost management for medium to large Data Centre projects
• Solid exposure to MEP and CSA packages
• Expertise in value management, value engineering, and life-cycle costing
• Strong understanding of construction procurement routes
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English
