About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate the technical office team for MEP systems of building projects
- Check the completeness of MEP studies and propose technical and economic construction solutions
- Coordinate the preparation of construction drawings for MEP works and subcontractors
- Conduct market research for materials and participate in drafting cost estimates and technical offers
- Support the preparation of submissions to the Supervision Consultant
- Prevent and resolve technical construction problems of the project
- Supervise the maintenance of the project diary and archives
- Check the preparation of subcontractor accounts and certifications
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and update the Project Manager on progress
- Communicate with designers and construction engineers
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in supervision and coordination of MEP works for building projects
- Experience in managing a team of MEP engineers
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Very good knowledge of AutoCAD
