Senior MEP Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate processes for building projects related to MEP works
• Monitor work progress, daily schedules, and project timelines
• Oversee correct execution of works by subcontractors according to construction specifications and project files
• Collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage and oversee the procurement or purchase of MEP equipment
• Participate in preparing and monitoring quantity procurement and MEP equipment cost estimation
• Manage and coordinate the preparation of testing and commissioning programs
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements, Health & Safety standards, and applicable codes
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and update the Coordinating Manager on work progress

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (TEI / AEI)
• 10 years of experience as a construction engineer in complex building projects
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
