About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide post-sale technical support services including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product operation and malfunctions
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve performance
- Perform technical work in support of professional roles following established procedures
- Apply analytical methods and operational processes to expand skills within the work area
- Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications as required

- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of discipline-specific procedures and concepts
- Ability to work within standard operating procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
- Effective communication skills to exchange information with team members and customers
