Senior Member Technical

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sale technical support services including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product operation and malfunctions
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve performance
• Perform technical work in support of professional roles following established procedures
• Apply analytical methods and operational processes to expand skills within the work area
• Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications as required

Requirements

• Vocational training or equivalent professional experience
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of discipline-specific procedures and concepts
• Ability to work within standard operating procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
• Effective communication skills to exchange information with team members and customers
