Senior Member of Technical Staff

Responsibilities

• Drive next-generation AI capabilities with a focus on microservices using Oracle standard tools and leading open-source frameworks
• Deliver high-quality software components as part of the AI Data Platform product
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure new capabilities are built using correct design principles
• Work with remote and geographically distributed teams to operate complex cloud systems, including participation in on-call rotations
• Participate in hiring and mentoring new team members to support organizational growth

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proven experience implementing and operating large-scale cloud services
• Strong proficiency in Java; experience with Python is highly desired
• Cloud development experience on major platforms (Oracle, AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with DevOps automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Prometheus)
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and security principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and operating Generative AI, Agentic, or RAG systems
• Familiarity with latest open-source AI models and frameworks (e.g., Llama, LangGraph)
• Understanding and hands-on experience with MLOps and related infrastructure
