Responsibilities

• Scale and harden AWS infrastructure to meet growing enterprise demand
• Analyze request logs, debug event streams, and improve system reliability
• Design and build backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
• Work with customers to understand healthcare workflows and translate requirements into product specs
• Build internal tooling to automate workflows
• Write evals to identify weaknesses in LLM-powered systems
• Contribute to SDKs, developer documentation, and platform architecture

Requirements

• Deep expertise in backend and/or infrastructure
• Experience owning system design decisions and operating them at scale
• Proven track record of leading projects and mentoring engineers
• Experience with AWS footprint and distributed systems
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript
• Experience with React

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Nix
• Experience with CDKTF or migrating infrastructure tools
• Knowledge of HTMX
