Senior Meetings Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact global leadership programs and flagship meetings in Europe and East Asia.
• Act as the strategic architect for leadership experiences, shaping vision, structure, and creative production.
• Manage significant budgets and negotiate with key vendors to maximize ROI and long-term value.
• Oversee all event logistics, including registration, experience design, contingency planning, and onsite execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, providing mentorship and defining clear growth paths.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align meeting strategies with firm-wide goals and culture.
• Establish and standardize best practices, toolkits, and operating models across the meetings portfolio.

Requirements

• Significant experience in meetings management, leading high-profile meetings or extensive event portfolios.
• Proven experience working across European and Asian markets.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing significant budgets and driving measurable ROI.
• Strong background in people management, coaching, and talent development.
• Fluency in event management technology, preferably Cvent.
• Ability to travel globally and work in a hybrid model based in the UK.
• Strong executive presence and senior stakeholder management skills.
