Senior Medical Writer

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee scientific/medical education materials including slide decks, KOL presentations, and Ad Board content
• Review and refine documents to ensure industry standards and client requirements are met
• Stay updated on latest trends, regulations, and documentation practices
• Lead scientific content discussions with clients and external experts (KOLs)
• Contribute to scientific strategy development and tactical planning
• Support organic growth opportunities and provide scientific input for business proposals
• Mentor and coach junior writers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or PhD in a biology- or medicine-related discipline
• 5+ years of experience, ideally within a medical communications agency
• Fluent English speaker
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
