Responsibilities

• Take the lead role in projects and own the scientific/editorial components
• Produce high-quality scientific written materials based on project briefs
• Edit and proofread text from team members and provide constructive feedback
• Review and interpret data from preclinical and clinical research articles
• Conduct literature searches to ensure accurate medical information
• Participate in client meetings, teleconferences, and scientific meetings
• Synthesize clinical trial data for physician and consumer audiences

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacology, or medicine
• 2+ years of relevant experience in medical communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel as needed, including weekends
