Senior Medical Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop annual medical marketing and education plans aligned with business strategies.
• Provide medical and scientific input to strengthen the company's leading position in ostomy care.
• Plan post-market clinical studies to address evidence gaps and support product differentiation.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical societies.
• Manage medical information materials, including reference manuals and product evidence summaries.
• Conduct medical reviews of all external materials to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide in-depth training and content support to sales, marketing, and market access teams.
• Support new product launches and the approval of new indications with comprehensive medical expertise.

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in clinical medicine, pharmacy, pharmacology, or related life sciences (MD, PhD, or PharmD preferred).
• At least 5 years of Medical Advisor experience within MNC pharmaceutical or medical device companies.
• Strong English proficiency, including writing, reading, and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
