Senior Medical Education Curriculum Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the curriculum owner for assigned endoscopy therapies and product portfolios.
• Lead the design and evolution of structured learning pathways aligned to clinician experience levels and business priorities.
• Develop multi-year curriculum roadmaps supporting product launches, new clinical evidence, and portfolio expansion.
• Create standardized, reusable, and compliant medical education content, including clinical presentations, case-based modules, and digital learning assets.
• Translate complex endoscopic procedures and clinical data into effective adult-learning experiences.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, clinical experts, and physician faculty to develop and validate curriculum content.
• Evaluate curriculum effectiveness using learner feedback, outcomes data, and utilization metrics.
• Ensure all educational materials comply with Medtronic policies, regulatory requirements, and Medical Affairs governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting physician engagement programs or medical education initiatives.
• Prior experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical research organizations.
• Experience with event logistics management, including conference coordination and meeting planning.
• Familiarity with grant management processes related to educational programs.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of compliance considerations related to healthcare professional interactions.
